Terms.
Last updated August 10, 2026
These terms come in two parts: our public websites, and the client portal behind them. Both are kept as plain and reasonable as possible. Questions are always welcome.
This part covers wetravelpc.com, wetravelpc.io, and the public help pages. It is short because the sites are simple.
Information, not advice
The content here, including the help guides, is general information offered in good faith. It is not tailored advice for your situation, and following a guide is at your own judgment. When something matters, contact us and we will look at your actual situation.
No warranties
The sites are provided as they are. We work hard to keep everything on them true and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise the sites will always be available or error free.
Our content
The text, design, and images on these sites belong to We Travel PC. Please do not republish them as your own. Linking to any page is always welcome.
This part covers the client portal at portal.wetravelpc.com. By using the portal, you agree to it.
Who the portal is for
The portal is for our clients, home and business, and our internal team. It displays IT and security information about your technology environment, pulled from the platforms we use to manage and protect your systems. It exists to give you visibility into the work we do for you.
Your access
We give you portal credentials when you become a client, or when your business adds you as a user. When using the portal, please:
- Keep your login confidential.
- Do not share access with anyone outside your authorized users.
- Use the portal for legitimate purposes related to your IT and security.
- Let us know right away if you suspect someone has accessed your account who should not have.
Your data
Our Privacy page covers what we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected. The short version: we collect what we need to deliver IT and security services, we do not sell your data, and we secure it the way we secure our clients.
Connected platforms
The portal pulls information from third-party platforms that help us deliver your services. Those platforms have their own terms and policies. We are responsible for what we do with the information; the platforms themselves are not under our control and may have their own outages or changes.
Availability
We work hard to keep the portal running smoothly. Occasional downtime, maintenance windows, or upstream issues with connected platforms may interrupt access, and we may update or change features over time. We give reasonable notice for planned changes when we can.
The honest disclaimer
We provide the portal as it is, because no software is perfect. We cannot promise it will be available every second of every day, or that every piece of data will always be current to the second. For anything that affects your business decisions, please verify directly with us. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising solely from use of the portal. Your signed service agreement governs our actual service obligations and controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we post the new date at the top and let active clients know about meaningful changes. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may ask you to accept the updated terms.
Where we stand
The websites and the client portal are operated by We Travel PC Inc, a North Dakota company, and these terms are read under North Dakota law.
