We Travel PC Back

Is this really us?

We spend a lot of time telling people to be careful about unfamiliar web addresses and unexpected emails. That advice is only useful if you know what ours actually look like, so here they are.

If something claiming to be from We Travel PC does not match this page, treat it as suspicious and call us on 701.306.0188.

Websites we use

AddressWhat it is
wetravelpc.com Our main site. In use
portal.wetravelpc.com The client portal, where you sign in. We will never ask you to sign in from a link in an unexpected email. In use
wetravelpc.io Our security information page. In use
wetravelpc.net We own this name so nobody else can, but we never send email from it. If you get a message from an address ending in wetravelpc.net, treat it as fake and tell us. Ours

Email we send from

AddressWhat it is
michael@wetravelpc.com Michael, directly.
support@wetravelpc.com Reports, reminders and notices sent by our systems. Replies come straight to Michael.

Our everyday email runs on Google Workspace. Automatic messages from the portal, things like reports and reminders, are delivered through a service called SMTP2GO, so the technical details on those may mention em1025618.wetravelpc.com or link.wetravelpc.com. That is normal and it is still us.

Things we will never do

We will never email you asking for a password. Not ours, not yours, not anyone's.

We will never send you an invoice with new bank details out of the blue. If you get one, check with us before paying it. That scam is common and it is expensive.

We will never ask you to install something because of an urgent phone call you did not expect, even if the caller knows your name and your company.

When in doubt

Text or call 701.306.0188. You will get Michael. No question is too small, and we would much rather check something harmless than clean up afterwards.
