What actually happens when something goes wrong.

A link gets clicked. The protection on the computer notices behavior that should not be there and stops it, and the security team looks at it within minutes. If it is real, the computer is cut off from the network before anything spreads, whatever the hour. Then we follow up with you, usually the same day, with what happened and what was done. Most weeks, nothing happens. That is the point.

How it starts.

  2. One small download. We send a link by text or email and set everything up quietly while you carry on.
  3. Your portal shows what is protected from then on. You will not hear from us unless there is a reason to.
