The From button is what lets you pick which address a message goes out as.
Outlook hides it by default, which is why most people never find it.
The From line now shows every time you write a message.
Once it is on, it stays on for future messages.
office@yourcompany.com.Send as usual. People who receive it see the shared address, not yours.
Worth knowing. Outlook remembers the last address you used. If you send
from the shared mailbox all morning and then write a personal note, the From
line may still say the shared address. A quick look before you hit send saves
an awkward one.
